Let's get real the record stands at 1-1, if we want to establish some rules for the oar games we should do it right now. I've taken these 4 rules into consideration:
1. Games for the oar MUST be Max/Dan v. Mason/Michael and all others be switching defense/offense or placed on fairy matched teams
2. In order to finish an oar game, one team must score at least 49 points
3. The oar will be peacefully passed by Dan to Mason or from Mason to Dan, dependant upon which team wins.
4. If an oar game is played, the game following cannot be an oar game, no matter who attends the game played after the oar game in question.
Thoughts?
Also, i think we should follow in the footsteps of the oaken bucket, illibuck, and many other trophies and record the winners of the oar on the oar itself MD and MM depending on who wins the oar.

Maybe if you read the rules you would understand. The oar started as the celebration oar used to run around Mason's house after an Ohio State touchdown with. The next football game played between Max/Dan and Mason/Michael the celebration oar was used once again to signal a Max/Dan touchdown. The rivalry and the trophy began when Mason/Michael sought to claim the oar which they did with a last minute touchdown. The current record stands at 1-1.
Nope, we were tied then. And you guys got the ball first so we had to have a chance. If you remember on your first drive I had a diving INT off ScoSu's hands.
hey hey hey! If we can't just say that the first two games were flawed, but they were BOTH flawed towards one team or another, then the oar will certainly fall to a trophy that's kinda there, but really not like Woody's Hat between Minnesota and OSU. Honestly, when's the last time you've heard about that one.
