We have a new draft pick trading rule....you can only trade 1st rounders....if you trade a first rounder to a team,that team will pick in your place during the draft chat....since u cannot trade draft picks in mogul 09 instantly,thames9 will make sure you have that draftee at the beginning of the next season....all draftees will be in the minors until you request a promotion.It is extreamly difficult to keep track of every pick traded,that is why we are doing this.This also benifits the teams because now 1st rounders are more valuable than before.
