Well your first round pick will be a low pick because getting Utley and Rollins will help your team so at best the player will be 87 peak.

I honestly think you need to add a top spec. Replace that first rounder with someone with a Really high peak, and I'll Acccept. And Twins GM, why do you always dissrupt other threads? that is is what PMS are for
