Detroit / San Diego

Detroit gets:

Denker (2B) 74/78
Cumberland (SS) 65/77

San Diego gets:

Rayburn (LF) 79/79

Padres need  proven reinforcements in the outfield, (who's not ancient) and need a bench guy right now.  Rayburn fits the bill on both counts. Detroit wanted some infield help, preferabley veterans, but SD only has a few select prospects with which to  bargain.

This works for San Diego.

How many approvals do trades have to get to be moved to "Accepted Trades"?
