Dan's CT4 Official Weapons/Characters/One Liners/Plot Line List

Plot (subject to change):

The movie opens with Percy riding his mind-controlling master: Dan's Bike down the street in hot pursuit of a 2 counter terrorists, which he proceeds to destroy. Meanwhile Rodney and President Obama are in the Counter Terrorist hideout thinking about ways to solve the growing terrorist problem when the true leader of the CTs, WonderCookie shows up to warn them about the final terrorist plot to rule the world. After that the scene changes to the new terrorist hideout (inside Mason's room) when Percy and his minion Cracka Mouth find out that Admin has betrayed the terrorist cause and tosses him out the window in rage. (We'll pick him up and approach the window then cut it and he'll jump out of a tree like I did in CT3). Rodney and Obama find Admin and torture him to find out what the terrorists' plot is and where thier new hideout is (torture techniques will include the metronome and the Minotaur). Admin tells them that the terrorists were going to convince the South to seceed and become the Confederacy again. Rodney and Obama and WonderCookie go to consult the UN about this growing threat...but it is too late. The Rebels have already seceeded and joined the UN. While different countries argue whether to destroy or protect the terrorists Switzerland ironically declares war on the US. A series of events leads to another and soon WW3 has begun. While Rodney knows that dark times are ahead, he knows he cannot reclaim peace alone...so he goes to confront Percy and bring him back to the CT side. A Ping Pong battle ensues where Percy wins...but before he can turn Rodney into a Terrorist...he escapes to the SECRET COUNTER TERRORIST KAROKE CAVE. There Rodney defeats Percy in an epic Karaoke battle. Percy turns back into a Counter Terrorist and the movie ends with the escaped Cracka Mouth riding away on Dan's bike.
