This season trade Varejao and a 2009 draft pick to Charlotte for Raymond Felton (To get a point guard that can also score) ( Also minus 2 mil for Varejao 5 mil due this season and get Feltons 3 mil)

Re-Sign Gibson and West ( To use off the bench)

DO NOT RE-SIGN ERIC SNOW AND DAMON JONES AND JOE SMITH AND POSSIBLY SZCERBIAK NEXT YEAR!

Iigauskas retireing losing 10 mil

then we are 19 million under the cap and we re-sign West and others and lose 4 mil
