No tears son, no tears, there's always next week. The theme on Saturday is "Big Band Memories". Also, the show at 6 on Sundays is a rerun of the Saturday show in case you miss it.
Hoorah Saturday again! Only 5 hours and 44 minutes until the next show which is themed "Tribuite to Hoagy Charmichael" is assume they will sing abot Hoagies, Subs, and other various forms of sandwiches.

Did anyone see what happened last night? They played the same special they played two weeks ago!! This cannot stand!! I will not just stand by and watch my favorite television program be replaced by ok tv specials based on said program!! I cannot wait two weeks for regular reruns of the real Lawrence Welk Show to be shown again...
Good show so far, Arthur Duncan had a routine ALMOST as good as Bojangles. And a stirring performance of "You're Nobody (Unless Somebody Loves You)" Was fantastic. Not to mention the wonderful saxophone section, and the fact that my aunt and the woman my mom sometimes gives care for like the LW show.
Fans of the Lawrence Welk Show, I was flipping through the PBS schedule book for this week when I realized this was the week of Easter Sunday. Suddeny, I remembered that upon this coming Saturday the episode, which in my humble opinion, is the great installment of any one hour variety show that is shown on PBS from the hours of 7-8 on Saturday nights and 6-7 the following day. I am talking of course about the Lawrence Welk Easter Special. So on Saturday when the clock strikes 7, lock you looking balls on the picture radio and prepared to experience the most wholsome blowing of your mind to ever take place in this lifetime or the next. Prepare for utter perfection in the form of wholesome, champainge music.
