US defeats Spain???? :o

the US soccer team defeated spain 2-0 by 2 cheap goals but brilliant defense by both teams... jozy altidore and clint dempsey scored for the americans... but bradley got a red card with about 5 minutes left, so he cant play in the finals which is a huge blow to the red, white, and blue... spain was the #1 ranked team in the world with a 35 match unbeaten streak (they needed 1 more to break the world record)... this was a david and goliath matchup... and david won... biggrin :o ... the US now plays the winner of brazil and south africa in the final

 he plays for some team in brazil, i believe... i dont think hes really that good... he used to be really good, and i think he just stopped trying to get better and just stayed as good as he was when he was 14-16... idk, havent seen him play in a long time

yeah, hopefully he didnt blow all his talent... i have a feeling all the popularity and money got to his head and he didnt feel like he needed to keep improving his game... or he just didnt like the competition in the MLS and went to south america
