Pretty interesting events going on in the NBA right now.
Artest to the Lakers pretty much set the stone for a dynasty as this is the closest Pippen, Kobe will get. RJeff is a great addition to the Spurs but its highly unlikely that they can make it past the Lakers. Shaq to the Cavs is okay, but the real question for this team is; Can LBJ actually lead a team to the finals and win a single finals game? Pistons made a good move nabbing up Charlie, but a bad move signing Gordon. Orlando really screwed up by letting Turk go, having him + Carter is the only way they could contend. Sheed to the Celtics is good, although Sheed is a POS player now.

I have to disagree with you on that JususChristSupaBalla . As the Magic now have Vince Carter and Micheal Peitus and Dwight Howard. Just reading that is a great front 3.
Carter is old and was bad last year. Pietrus wasn't really good in Golden State and i'm not sure if he can keep it up this year. Losing Hedo will kill the Magic IMO.

Peitus is an offensive hole that they need to contend in the NBA now. I like Peitus because he is a great defensive player, but they are tons better with Turk. Also the only reason they made the finals this past season is because Nelson was out and Alston was in. It may seem that to add Nelson to the team they should get better, but the chemistry that got them to the finals was the ball mainly being ran through Turk - Shard and Howard. When Nelson controls the ball the majority of the time they are not as good of a team thus they really needed to sign Turk again then trade off Nelson for expiring and a filler guy. That would have been their best chance. But now, there is just no way they could get past the Lakers or Spurs.

Turk is not that good all the way around. The only thing he has is Clutch, which is a great thing to have for any player in the NBA however I think the Magic will be just as good as they were last year come this season without him.
