We need a name for this specific game so we always remember the unfortunate happenings of Nov. 25

I think we should also institute a set OT system if the situation were to arise.  I like going the length of the field within 4 downs.  It was much more challenging than starting from midfield and it brought an end to the game faster.  I say we use that as our OT....if it comes to that.

What would be the situation for going into OT?

If it is a tie.  Or are we just going to say the first to 147 wins it?

That might work, but then there is the factor of if it was who got the ball first.

This is way too confusing.

The team who is losing when the other team reaches 147 can only get a chance to tie thegame if they recieved the ball 2nd and are losing by only one touchdown.

If they do tie the game, then it goes to OT.

But wouldn't that be in conflict with the no going over 147 rule?

Yeah, we need ties. It'll make the overall record seem more historic. All great CFB rivalries had ties, and it makes the record sweet sounding.

All in favor of ties? We got two so far.

Florida got stomped.  That's what happens when you play teams like Florida International and Chattanooga all season.
