I recently bought NCAA Football 10, and am creating my first ever dynasty in the NCAA football series, and right off the bat I'm already having a few questions hanging over my head right now,.. But the question that is my title is the most important one as of now.

If you can, please answer the question AND give me tips on other things I may run into that would raise questions to a newcomer to the dynasty mode of NCAA. Thanks!
