Songs for my band to play?

OK so I recently formed a band with a few friends. We have a drummer (in training!), guitarist (he's an EXPERT), a bass player (in training), and I sing/play guitar (for vocals, I can do most songs. Nothing low, and as for guitar, I'm just playing chords and easy stuff while I sing. But I can play solos and stuff). Our style is pretty much soft rock or alternative, and we have a few other songs we threw into our playlist because they're popular ones. We're having trouble on deciding what songs to play because our guitarist doesn't like Guns N Roses or Bon Jovi, but likes Led Zep, and I can't sing AC/DC and most Boston songs. Suggestions?? So Soft rock, alternative, and I believe Weezer and Aerosmith are acceptable, and if there are any L.Z. songs that are "singable" by a 13 year old girl!!
